An agile transformation scales from the individual, to the team, to the department, across the organization and includes business, culture and process |
The end state of an Agile Transformation is an organization that has made a commitment - up and down, all facets, all departments - to continuous improvement in every process - personal, team, product, department, organization
The client will acquire the knowledge, skills, processes, tools, behaviors and attitudes need to do that - a "ladder" of mutually re-enforcing systems up and down the management structure and across the entire organization.
The organization will have demonstrated improvement in tangible business metrics such as cycle time, defect rate, waste/savings, customer satisfaction, or product development with predictability and repeatability.
This will be self-sustaining - implicit in the "DNA" of the organization - without continued need for a coach or mentor.
